  • Tour Bookings Cancellation Policy

    24 hours or less prior to scheduled start time: 100% of total purchase price is. non-refundable.
    48 hours or less prior to scheduled start time: 50% of the total purchase price is non-refundable.

    Payments made towards the reserved tour will be applied to any applicable cancellation fees and the balance refunded.
     

    Refund Policy:
    •  Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the day the cancellation is confirmed. 
    • Refunds will be processed to the card used for the original payment. 
    • No refunds will be provided if you are late or fail to participate in any part of the tour.
